The new option is iDecide a 10-week workshop for people under 25 years of age in North Staffordshire as well as in some areas of South Staffordshire.
This project will cover themes such as managing pain, stress, low confidence, managing mood and self-esteem. However, based on our developing understanding of what works best for this age group, it will be run using different mediums including digital media, photography, music, project work etc.
